Steve Suarez
Advisor — Quantum & Enterprise AI; CEO, HorizonXC Consulting
Steve Suarez spent 20 years at HSBC in progressively senior global roles — Global Head of Innovation, Global Head of Finance Risk & Compliance, and SVP leading Technology and Process Efficiency across Europe. He left to co-found HorizonXC Consulting, a strategic advisory firm focused on enterprise transformation and emerging technology.
Steve serves as Senior Advisor to Bain & Company and Mitsubishi Corporation on emerging technology, and sits on the boards of QuEra Computing, PolyAI, Classiq Technologies, and Digital Futures. He advises TNE.ai on enterprise AI strategy and the convergence of quantum computing with current AI deployments.
Julian Levy
Advisor — Elevata Ventures, Managing Partner
Julian Levy is Managing Partner of Elevata Ventures, a London-based fund investing in semiconductors, systems, and enterprise IT. He previously served as Operating Partner at Redline Capital and has built an angel portfolio of over 34 companies across enterprise applications and infrastructure — including Secure Code Warrior and BigID.
Julian holds an MSc from Imperial College London and advises TNE on enterprise go-to-market strategy and investor relationships.
Harel Kodesh
Advisor — Former CTO, GE Digital; Operating Partner, Silver Lake
Harel Kodesh has led enterprise technology at industrial and platform scale across four decades. At Microsoft he was VP of the Information Appliances Division and led the development of Windows CE. He then served as CEO of Wingcast — the Ford-Qualcomm telematics joint venture — before becoming CPO at Amdocs and Executive VP at EMC, where he co-founded and ran Nurego.
At GE Digital he served as VP of Predix and CTO, driving the industrial IoT platform strategy and joining GE’s Corporate Executive Council. He subsequently joined Silver Lake as Operating Partner, advising the firm’s enterprise technology portfolio. He holds a BS and MS in engineering from the Technion.
Dave Chen

Dave Chen co-founded Equilibrium Capital Group nearly 20 years ago with a mission to drive sustainable prosperity through capital markets. Equilibrium is a leading sustainability-driven asset management firm with offices in San Francisco, Portland, and London focused on sustainable food, agriculture, and carbon transition infrastructure.
Dave is Adjunct Professor of Finance and Director of the Impact Investing Program at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He previously served as Chairman of the Portland Branch of the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank, was a General Partner at OVP Venture Partners, and co-founded GeoTrust (acquired by VeriSign). He advises TNE.ai on industrial, agricultural, and overseas strategy.
