And core to our vision are four lessons we have learned working in this space for a long time.

• Unit quality matters more than numbers: In normal times, having a big megaphone, or thousands of people, or billions of dollars counts, tremendously. The big guys can throw their weight around and they are the safe and sensible choice even if their prices are high. But in times of revolution and disruption, the tables are turned. Individuals with insight and vision and great skills can build better products and move the industry forward much faster. The trick is to find those teams that have those qualities.
• Who to trust is most important: Every revolution involves risk and we’ve learned over and over that “under promising and overdelivering” are the key to success. That, and a personal commitment to make things right. The disruption highway is not easy and the people who win are those that care the most about you and what you need. Building trust and faith is key to long term success.
• Starting small and delivering immediate value: Yes, you can have a big vision, but what counts is delivering immediate results and “delight” to users. The PC was a mighty tool, but the simple act of recalculating a spreadsheet and printing a beautiful chart was all that was needed at the start. The same thing goes for mobile phones. So finding that small thing that matters is the key.
• Right for today and ready for tomorrow: At the start of a revolution, there are so many blind alleys and box canyons. There is a temptation to bet early on something from a trusted vendor. But, in times like this, working with groups that have the wisdom to see what’s best for you in the long term is what counts. The trick is to bet on the right long term vision and stick with frameworks and tools that are along that path. It takes an incredible blend of business and technology savvy to do this.

Now, having learned those lessons and working with a DNA of disruption, our technology has two groundbreaking capabilities.

1. SAFE-AI (Small Agent Framework for the Enterprise): Our SAFE-AI framework allows for running small, specialized compact LLMs on a user’s local device, with “lazy” code generation, which updates only when significant changes are needed. This design keeps TNE agile, secure, and efficient, delivering high-performance AI locally without sending sensitive data to external servers. SAFE-AI provides both power and privacy, meeting today’s high standards for data security.
2. The TNE Manifest: The TNE Manifest document is an intelligent instructions framework that structures business problems, questions, and insights into a cohesive, hierarchical “argument tree.” Similar to an XML file, the Manifest organizes business logic questions as a logical flow of headers and subheads. TNE tracks and manages the structure dynamically, enabling the instant updating and even restructuring of the order of elements based on changing business conditions. And lastly, the entire Manifest document can be created in any content for any medium, whether it’s a PowerPoint, Word, SQL Query, or video.
