Catalyst Seminar Series

Catalyst Seminar Series

The Catalyst Seminar Series is not theoretical. It is not a survey of AI trends or a showcase of demos. It is a structured, practical program that transforms your people from AI consumers into AI builders — and puts them on the high Return on AI (RoAI) flywheel for good.

Two Tracks, One Mission

Business Track: AI Business Plan Master

For business professionals who need to lead AI initiatives — not just approve them.

What you learn:

  • How to identify and size AI opportunities in your business
  • How to write an AI business plan with credible RoAI projections
  • How to evaluate AI vendor claims — what’s real, what’s hype
  • How to manage an AI initiative from POC to production
  • How to measure and communicate AI value to the board

Where you end up: You can run an AI investment process end to end. You know what to build, how to prioritize it, how to measure it, and how to scale it. You are the person your organization turns to when they need to make an AI decision fast.

Technology Track: AI Architect

For developers and technical professionals who need to build production AI — not just prompt ChatGPT.

What you learn:

  • AI system architecture: agents, orchestration, memory, and tools
  • How to use Aria, Compass, Orion, Waypoint, and Kinsei to build production systems
  • Evaluation frameworks: how to test, validate, and trust AI outputs
  • Deployment patterns: on-premise, private cloud, sovereign infrastructure
  • Cost optimization: model routing, fine-tuning, and inference efficiency

Where you end up: You can architect and build enterprise-grade AI products from scratch. You go from typing prompts to designing and shipping AI systems that move the needle on real business metrics.

Building technical solutions

Format

The Seminar Series runs as a structured cohort program — typically 6-8 sessions over 6-8 weeks. Each session is 2-3 hours, combining concept instruction with hands-on building using real tools and real data.

Available formats:

  • In-person cohort (your organization or public)
  • Virtual cohort (live, not recorded)
  • Private cohort for organizations of 8+ participants

Prerequisites

Business Track — No technical background required. Curiosity and a real business problem to solve.

Technology Track — Comfort with one programming language. No prior AI/ML experience required.

Getting Started

Most organizations run Catalyst Seminar Series after Catalyst Ignite gives them a clear AI priority and proof-of-concept. The seminar then builds the internal capability to execute the 90-day production plan.
